At Portholland there are two small villages East and West Portholland which look south into Veryan Bay. There is a large sandy beach which joins the two villages at low tide. Portholland is about 9 miles from St Austell. At St Austell take the B3273 for Mevagissey and at Pentewan take the Gorran Haven road and then turn off to Caerhays and Porthluney Cove. At Caerhays continue on the road to Portholland. There is a small car park at East Portholland. Photos include photos of both East and West Portholland and photos of Portholland Beach.
