11 photos of Empacombe, South East Cornwall

Empacombe is a small harbour on the southern bank of Millbrook
Lake in South East Cornwall. There is no parking at Empacombe
but the southern bank of Millbrook Lake can be walked from
Millbrook to Empacombe to Cremyll and this is a nice walk with
some pleasant views. Millbrook is about 22 miles from Plymouth
on the A38, with a turning onto the A374 at Trerulefoot. After
Polbathic turn right onto the B3247 and at Crafthole continue
on the B3247 to Millbrook. At Millbrook turn left where
signposted to Village Centre. Follow this road and turn
right where signposted to Anderton and Cremyll. Park by the
lakeside and walk the Lower Anderton Road east by the
lakeside. On the Lower Anderton Road there is a signposted
public footpath to Empacombe and Cremyll. Photos include
photos of Empacombe harbour and also a ruined windmill
above Empacombe.
