10 photos of Carn Kenidjack, West Cornwall

Carn Kenidjack is a large rock outcrop on an area of open moorland called Carnyorth Common in West Cornwall. There are a number of trails around the common and a number of entrances to the common. The quickest route to Carn Kenidjack is from a small layby on the B3318 road. In Penzance at the Mount Misery roundabout, take the A3071 road signposted to St Just. After 5 or 6 miles turn right onto the B3318 where signposted to Pendeen. After a couple of miles, there is a left turning signposted to Trewellard and opposite this turning is a small layby car park. Park in the car park and then walk along the road opposite the car park. Take the next left along a lane. The lane bends to the right and then bends to the left. Where the lane bends to the left there is a track that allows access to Carnyorth Common.
