Mount Edgcumbe is a country park in South East Cornwall on the banks of the River Tamar facing Plymouth. There is a fee to enter Mount Edgcumbe House and the Earl's Gardens, but the majority of the park can be accessed without charge including the Formal Gardens and there are many woodland trails and paths including the South West Coast Path. There are several cafés. There is a car park for Mount Edgcumbe House and the Earl's Garden. There is also a car park at Cremyll where there is an entrance to the park. There is a ferry from Plymouth to Cremyll. By road, Cremyll is about 25 miles from Plymouth on the A38, with a left turning at Trerulefoot onto the A374, then after Polbathic turn right onto the B3247 where signposted to Crafthole and Mount Edgcumbe. At Crafthole turn left at the mini roundabout to stay on the B3247 until Mount Edgcumbe. Photos include photos of Mount Edgcumbe House, Mount Edgcumbe park, Formal Gardens, Orangery and Folly.
