Grey Wethers is a double stone circle on open moorland
below Sittaford Tor on the east of Dartmoor. The quickest
route to Grey Wethers is via trails through Fernworthy Forest
which is at the western edge of Fernworthy Reservoir.
Fernworthy Reservoir is about 10 miles from Princetown on
the B3357 and just after Two Bridges take the B3212 signposted
for Postbridge. Several miles after Postbridge turn left where
signposted to Jurston. Continue on this road and turn left where
signposted to Corndon. At the next junction turn left where
signposted to Fernworthy Reservoir. Continue past the car
park for Fernworthy Reservoir and follow this lane to the
end of the lane where there is a small car park and
a gate into Fernworthy Forest. There are several trails
through the forest to moorland below Sittaford Tor.
