Down Tor is a tor which can be reached from the north of Burrator Reservoir in west Dartmoor. A short distance east of Down Tor is an impressive cairn circle and stone row. Burrator is a few miles north east of Yelverton on the B3212. On the B3212 at Dousland there is a signposted turning to Burrator Reservoir. At Burrator drive round the reservoir and park at the Norsworthy Bridge car park. From the car park there is a path which leads to open moorland and up to Down Tor.
