Bench Tor is a small tor a short walking distance north of Venford Reservoir on the south east of Dartmoor. There are fine views at the top of the tor. Venford is about 20 miles from Plymouth. Take the Yelverton and Princetown road and then take the B3357 to Dartmeet. Shortly before Dartmeet take the Hexworthy Bridge road and follow this road to Venford where there is a small car park and toilets.
