St Marys Bay is a picturesque sandy bay near Brixham on the South Devon coast. There are no facilities by the beach. Brixton is about 31 miles from Exeter. Take the A38 and A380 to Paignton. Alternatively from Plymouth take the A38 and A385 to Totnes and continue on the A385 to Paignton. At Paignton at Tweenaways Cross turn right onto the A3022. Continue on the A3022 until Brixham. Approaching Brixham at the Monksbridge junction turn right and follow this road to a roundabout and then turn left and follow this road to the Great Gate crossroads. Here turn right and continue on this road and then turn left onto Castor Road. Continue on Castor Road and then turn left onto St Marys Road and follow St Marys Road out of town past the holiday camp to park at the Sharkham Point car park. Then walk St Marys Road to the coast path and there is a steep path down to St Marys Bay beach.
