Saunton Sands is a huge sandy beach on the North Devon coast. There is a huge expanse of sand at low tide and the beach is popular with surfers. Saunton Sands is about 7 miles north west of Barnstaple on the A361. On the A361 at Braunton turn left onto the B3231 signposted to Saunton and follow this road to Saunton Sands. There is a large car park above the beach and a café.
