9 photos of Rosemullion Head, South Cornwall
Information image
Rosemullion Head is a headland on the South Cornwall coast, south of Falmouth. To the west of the headland is a shingle beach with large areas of rock, the beach is known as Prisk Cove. Rosemullion Head can be reached on the coast path, the quickest route is from Maenporth. Maenporth is about 12 miles from Truro on the A39. Approaching Falmouth on the A39, pass the reservoir and then at the next roundabout (the Hillhead Roundabout) turn right (signposted to Mawnan Smith). Continue on this road for about 3 miles following signs to Maenporth. At Maenporth take the coast path west. There is a path down to Prisk Cove. There is good walking west of Rosemullion Head along the north bank of the Helford river with fine views.
