Rock is a small village on the east bank of the Camel estuary in North Cornwall. There is a pleasant waterfront with a nice sandy beach which can be walked to Daymer Bay at low tide. There is a ferry to Padstow on the west side of the estuary. Rock is about 6 miles from Wadebridge on the B3314. After about 3-4 miles on the B3314, turn left where signposted to Rock.
