Preston Sands is a large sandy beach just north of Paignton on the East Devon coast. At low tide the beach at Preston Sands is joined with Paignton Beach. At Preston Sands there is a café and toilets by the beach. There is a small car park and some road parking. Paignton is 24 miles from Exeter on the A38 and A380. Drive north through Paignton on the A3022 and there is a signposted turning to Preston Sands.
