Porthpean is a nice sandy beach facing east onto St Austell Bay in South Cornwall. There is a beach shop and toilets by the beach. Porthpean is close to St Austell and there is a turning on the A390 at St Austell signposted to Porthpean. There is a car park at Porthpean and a slipway to the beach.
