Polridmouth is a picturesque cove on the South Cornwall coast with two grey sand beaches which are joined at low tide. There are no facilities and the cove is a 20 minute walk down a track from a field car park at Menabilly. Menabilly is south of Polkerris. There are various routes to Polkerris. On the A390 from the Lostwithiel direction turn onto the B3269 for Fowey. Shortly before Fowey turn right at a roundabout onto the A3082 (signposted to St Austell). Take the next left (signposted to Polkerris and Menabilly) and continue on this road to the car park at Menabilly.
