Carlyon Bay is a super sandy beach on the South Cornwall coast. Unfortunately Carlyon Bay has been blighted in recent years by development work, but the beach is still accessible. Carlyon Bay is close to St Austell. There are a number of signposted turnings to Carlyon Bay on the A390 to the east of St Austell. There is a large car park above the beach.
