Polkerris is a picturesque village looking out onto St Austell Bay in South Cornwall. There is a small harbour and a curved sandy beach which is quite popular in summer. There is a beach shop and café. There are various routes to Polkerris. On the A390 from the Lostwithiel direction turn onto the B3269 for Fowey. Shortly before Fowey turn right at a roundabout onto the A3082 (signposted to St Austell). Take the next left (signposted to Polkerris and Menabilly) and then take the next right, signposted to Polkerris and drive down towards the village and there is a car park at the right. There is also a field car park used in summer.
